I’ve been a loyal customer with Tulip Tree Floral for about 3 years. And they are the best every time I walk in they do such a great job with the flowers. My wife loves every arrangement they make. They are the best. These were the recent flowers I got for my wife for her birthday. They do a great job putting sprite in the flower helps them last long as a tip I didn’t know until they told me. I appreciate them.

I placed an order with 1800Flowers and they used Tulip Tree Floral to fulfill the order. My friend had a death in her family so I ordered the "Living sentiments extra large" arrangement. Attached is a copy of the order I placed along with a photo that my friend sent me, of what she received. The arrangement that I ordered had no greenery and had many white and pastel flowers with a few purple and blue accents. What was delivered had a small handful of white flowers, 1 purple flower and the majority of the arrangement was greenery. What they provided wasn't even close to what I ordered and certainly wasn't worth what I paid ($105). The flowers were delivered on June 16. I contacted 1800Flowers and they arranged for them to deliver the correct arrangement on June 17. I was notified that the flowers were delivered at 11:56 am on June 17. They were NOT delivered. I contacted 1800Flowers, again, and they arranged for the flowers to be delivered on June 18. Despite me telling them that I did NOT want to use this business again, they did. I was notified that the flowers were delivered on June 18 at 6:50 pm. Again, they were NOT delivered. I know they had the correct address, for delivery

Not only did Tulip Tree Floral create a gorgeous funeral spray that was delivered on time for the viewing, they also included a full-size sympathy card with all our signatures in a beautiful cursive font and included a card describing the flowers in the arrangement! This is above and beyond excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

We ordered a blue arrangement for a co-worker. It has no hydrangeas, which I specifically asked about before I ordered this arrangement. The arrangement is sparse and cheap looking. We paid almost $100 for this and it is quite disappointing. These flowers were meant to express care to a friend dealing with a loss and honestly this arrangement is insulting and disappointing. I emailed the shop and have heard nothing. A photo of the delivered arrangement is attached. I have also attached a photo from the website of what we were expecting.

Horrible customer service. Ordered via phone on 2/1 and they let me know that it’ll be ready for pickup on Valentine’s Day at 8 AM. Head to pick it up and supposedly the staff has no recollection whatsoever of my order. They let me know that I should come back at 9:30 AM and it will be ready. I call them at 9:45 and it is still not ready. I come in at 11:30 and it’s finally ready. They apparently ran out of red roses which I specifically ordered in my order. Also the bouquet was very rushed with several nearly dead flowers and cuts within the wrapping plastics. Never order from this company unless you are willing to deal with the worst experience possible.
